Pricing

• Tour price for one person based on double occupancy is $3900. Deposit of $975.

• Tour price for one person based on private room and ensuite bath is $4900. Deposit of $1225.

• Tour price for two persons based on double occupancy with one non-artist sharing the room is $7400. Deposit of $1850.

A 25% deposit is required to hold your spot.

The balance is due 60 days prior, and you will be invoiced at that time.

Insurance: You are required to have your own travel insurance as a condition of attending the workshop. It is relatively inexpensive and can protect you if you fall ill, need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, or cover travel costs if you have cancel during the workshop. We recommend World Nomads or Allianz.

If you do not purchase insurance until your final payment is due, the deposit is non refundable unless we can find someone to replace you, ( less any cc fees incurred).

1. Your signature below acknowledges that you understand and agree with the above terms set out here by Lavender and Vine LLC.

2. By signing below, you represent that you are competent and able to understand the nature and consequences of participating in this workshop. You understand that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk, including physical injury, death, loss or property damage.

3. 2. You agree to release Thomas Jefferson Kitts, (Instructor) Beth Vosoba, Guillermo Orti & Graciela Achcar, (employees of Lavender and Vine LLC) from any liability resulting from your participation in this workshop. Specifically you and your heirs agree to fully release, indemnify, hold harmless and defend both the instructor and employees of Lavender and Vine LLC, from any and all claims or liability, arising at any time as a result of your decision to participate in this workshop.

4. In the event of an accident, injury or sickness, you grant permission for the Instructor and Lavender and Vine LLC to seek immedite medical attention and/or authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. The instructor and Lavender and Vine LLC staff will not be held liable for any accident, injury, sickness, death, loss or property damage that might arise out of, or in connection with, such authorized emergency medical treatment.

5. You agree and understand that this workshop may be filmed, photographed or recorded and that the Instructor and Lavender and Vine LLC shall retain all rights to such materials, unless you state that you are unwilling to be filmed or photographed.

6. Any and all matters in dispute between the parties to this agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, family, legal representative, successors and assigns.

7. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand all aspects of this agreement and you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein.
